Summer is the season of tomatoes, which means incorporating the fleshy fruit into any meal possible. In this collection, we have everything from fresh tomato recipes, such as heirloom tomato salad and light snacks, to more robust recipes with tomatoes including focaccia topped with cherry tomatoes, tomato pasta with  fresh basil, and baked chicken dishes with tomatoes.
