There’s something special about the Margaret River region — from the sun-drenched vineyards with the Indian Ocean steps away to the exceptional produce and dining — it’s a place where food, wine and landscape converge. And, for the third year running, there is one event on the calendar where you can taste, see and hear it all in one long weekend.
Pair’d Margaret River Region is back for 2026, and this year the festival will push far beyond the boundaries of any ordinary food and wine event. Across four days (19-22 November), acclaimed chefs, winemakers, musicians and cultural storytellers will come together across the region’s most breathtaking settings: Mediterranean-like vineyards, limestone caves, towering treetops and the pristine coastline of Cape Naturaliste. More than 40 wine-led experiences await, each one designed to showcase the Margaret River region at its most extraordinary.
This year, one of the headline acts is the Pair’d Wine Dinner Series presented by Lexus: three exclusive, collaborations between internationally acclaimed chefs and Margaret River’s most celebrated restaurants and wineries. Global culinary talent travels specifically to the region for dinners created entirely for Pair’d — once-in-a-lifetime experiences that simply cannot be replicated anywhere else.
Pair’d Festival Director Hannah Pike shares the concept behind this year’s event: “The 2026 program is about the art of the blend, from museum pours and fire feasts, to musicians in caves and sunset sessions by the ocean, we’ve curated a collection of experiences that simply couldn’t happen anywhere else in the world.”
With many events selling out within 20 minutes of going on sale last year, the message is clear: move fast. Here’s our pick of six unmissable events at Pair’d 2026.
