Method
1.Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice; shake until well combined and chilled. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass and serve with fresh cucumber sticks. Makes 100ml.
Mastiha (or mastika) is a sweet pine-scented Greek liqueur made by distilling the resin from the mastic tree, native to Chios.
